Bosnia and Herzegovina is a Balkan nation, formerly part of Yugoslavia, that borders Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro. Bosnia and Herzegovina broke from the Yugoslav federation following the war from 1992-1995. The country is mainly made up of people from three different ethnic groups: Bosniaks, Croats, and Serbs. The officials languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina are Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian.

After the war, while in Tuzla, he was a member of the group Odbrana.
